This radio interview by Caroline Mc Donagh, Holistic Nutritionist and Lifecoach, covers weight loss, getting into shape and enjoying better health and wellbeing. Caroline included tips on low glyceamic carbohydrates, protein, good fats and the importance of reducing sugar and processed foods. She also spoke about the importance of mindful eating and our mental diet. Research shows that we think between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts a day and for the average person 80% of those thoughts are negative.
