Caroline is a renowned and experienced Holistic and Clinical Nutritionist, Psychotherapist and Life Coach. She is also a practitioner of Holistic Preventative Medicine and a Yoga Teacher. She is Nutrition Advisor to a leading chain of Health Stores. Caroline is a key member of the Irish Association of Holistic Medicine. She lectures on Diploma Courses in Nutrition and Dietetics and holds workshops, seminars and courses incorporating her many disciplines. Caroline has been on TV and radio. Her articles on health, lifecoaching and nutrition appear regularly in Newspapers and Health and Personal Development magazines.
She is a passionate, dynamic and entertaining, inspirational speaker, motivating people by her clear and powerful presentations. Her accomplishments in this area include speaking at such high profile events as Inspire Scotland 2006, alongside Sir Bob Geldof and other internationally acclaimed speakers. Caroline also sees clients in her clinics (Dublin and Harley Street, London) on a one-to-one basis where she designs personally-tailored Holistic Health, Nutrition and Success programmes for them.
Background
Caroline has a strong understanding of natural healing and holistic success approaches – both from her studies in these and related areas and also from her own experience. As a teenager, she became quite ill and went from being very active and academic to being very debilitated and dependant on her family. Refusing to accept a poor prognosis, Caroline set about investigating the whole area of Holistic and Complementary Medicine, Nutrition and Mind-training. Quite quickly Caroline noticed a huge improvement. As a result of this she felt that she had to use what she had experienced and learnt to help others and so began extensive studies in these areas, leading to her numerous qualifications.
Outlook
As a result of her own experiences and the amazing results consistently achieved by her clients, Caroline is a firm believer in the innate healing ability, power and potential of the person and realises that the right mental attitude, diet, exercise and relaxation programme can make a huge difference to a persons overall state of health, well-being and enjoyment of life. Indeed Caroline now feels she is truly alive and fulfilling her purpose in Life and believes it is her destiny to get this vital information out to as many people as possible thereby really making a difference to the quality of peoples lives and therefore the world.
